The 2010 AMA awards – the celebrities transformation on fashion style

During the recent AMA awards that were held on November 21, many await performances by all the leading performers. Though one of the much waited, are the dresses, the celebrities will wear that night.

Miley Cyrus proved she is not a little girl anymore arriving that night wearing in a chiffon Marchesa mini. She is one of the AMA’s performers of that night.

Singer Rihanna, who is nominated for favorite female artist — soul/ R&B. Her gown is Elie Saab Haute Couture and she decided to town her red hair down.

Taylor Swift’s dress shocks everyone. Wearing a surprisingly chic Collette Dinnigan mini, Jimmy Choo heels, and new, enhanced-bangs.

Kate Perry’s transformation look in her dress makes her one of the head turners of the night. Wearing a Badgley Mischka frock and Brian Atwood platform peep-toes, she sure is not going to count now in the worst dressed.

Fergie -- who won the Favorite Pop/Rock Band trophy alongside her fellow Black Eyed Peas -- was dressed for success in an embellished mini, from Indian designers Falguni and Shane Peacock, which featured exaggerated shoulder pads and feather detailing.

This year the punk princess Avril Lavinge arrive wearing black-and-white print mini, accentuated with chain-adorned booties and plenty of spiky, studded bangles.

A lot of big stars came, showing off their most elegant look and gowns. Though the few stand out for their unexpected transformation of their looks. We’ll gonna see what will happen until the next years AMA.
